comfortable bathroom, easy-to-use coin washers, reliable WIFI
Soundproofing leaves much to be desired. hearing guests outside is a distraction!!! A better cleaning regimen would be appreciated—finding chips in the fridge is far from pleasant!!! Would like more toiletries like body lotion!!!

We love that the hotel is centrally located, a short walk from major attractions like the Nagoya Tower. The staff is incredibly helpful, especially with luggage delivery, and the availability of free drinks throughout our stay was a great bonus for the kids.
A bit more attention to cleanliness would enhance the overall experience.

The rooftop garden was a chill spot for some relaxation, and I loved the cozy lounge area for unwinding after a long day. Just wish the room cleaning could be a bit more frequent, but that didn't ruin my overall experience at all. 😊

A Mixed Bag with Potential
We enjoyed the cozy common area but were disappointed in the cleanliness. Exploring Nagoya was easy from here, but ensure to ask the staff for local dining tips—they were super friendly and offered great recommendations for nearby restaurants! Consider this spot if you value helpful service.

would recommend for a short weekend trip
Cozy room, convenient amenities, with helpful staff who assisted with luggage delivery and provided a delightful selection of free drinks in the common area during our stay.
No complaints.

missingWrote a review on 16 Marcentral locationhelpful staffcramped roominadequate soundproofingdifficult accessibility
The central location makes it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the free drinks available in the breakfast room are a nice touch. However, the standard double room felt a bit cramped for two people with luggage, and soundproofing was inadequate, allowing noise from the hallway to disrupt sleep. Accessibility could be an issue with heavy bags, as the walk from the station is not very short, though staff assistance with taxis was appreciated.
